This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are handled by BellaFashionStyle.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, please email care.bellafashion@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before it is packed or handed over to the courier.
A cancellation request is not confirmed until we communicate our decision.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, ordinary cancellation may not be possible.
Eligible returns, refunds, and other remedies will be handled under our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy and applicable law.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation is accepted after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method where feasible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment refund is required if no payment was collected. Any amount already collected will be handled as applicable.
4. Cancellation by BellaFashionStyle
We may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability.
- Payment failure.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- A genuine technical or pricing error.
- Other lawful reasons that prevent fulfilment.
Where reasonably possible, we will inform the customer of the cancellation.
If payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
